Lots of new features and improvements. 21 new emoticons are nice to have, a RingToneManager is definetly not what I need, but call forwarding is a cool thing. If you are offline, Skype will forward calls to your mobile. But use this feature carefully – you will pay for the calls being forwarded to your mobile or landline phone.
