Rumours: Notes/Domino 7 will not include DB2 support for free

Rumours say that there will be a separate license if you want to use the DB2 virtual datastore in Notes/Domino 7 (NSFDB2). So simply upgrading to ND7 will not entitel you to to use this new features? Can anyone confirm this? This make it probably not an upgrade with something for everyone…
