Jyve for Skype

Jyve from Qzoxy Software offers an interesting service – and it seems it is the first true value add for Skype. There is a lot of discussion around the Jyve service, and Stuart Henshall gives a good overview.

For me the Q-Card is nice to have, but the presence indicator for Skype is cool stuff.



I realized there is an up to ten minutes delay for the indicator, but I will integrate the code and test it for a short time anyway.

Update 30.12.: It seemed to work pretty well yesterday. Today the indicator shows an offline status – even when I am logged in for hours. Hmm, its definetly beta status.
