Well, I had some trouble with my friends at DELTA. Even if you communicate with DELTA via e-Mail, it may take weeks or months to receive an answer. But today I received a very satisfying answer:

So my suggestions are: take your time, have patience, insist upon your demands – and they will listen to you.
