IBM opens up its Sametime server to customers and business partners. Just enter your IBM account here and start the Sametime client. You will be able to chat with the IBMers directly. Unfortunatly it is not possible to look up the directory for all my contacts at IBM, you´ve got to enter their e-mail adress 😉

We did not dare to do this the last years because we feared our developers and admins will close down the Sametime client the first time they got disturbed by a customer – this was reported by some other business partners. So I am curious how it works for IBM.

Update: I thought it would be a great idea to use the Bluepages Bot of IBM. But Bots are restricted.
